Gastric Balloon is a silicone medical device placed in the stomach by endoscopic method, inflated with air or liquid to a volume of 400-700cc. It is a non-surgical method used in the treatment of obesity. It is recommended in cases where surgery is not desired and weight cannot be lost with diet and exercise. It is an effective method in cases where the lifestyle is changed after the application. Thanks to the gastric balloon, a longer feeling of fullness occurs with smaller portions and thus weight loss.
