Little Known Cause of Unexplained Infertility and Recurrent Pregnancy Losses T-Shaped Uterus

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines infertility (difficulty in having children) as inadequacy. One in every 6 couples experience this condition as primary or secondary at any time of their fertility. At the end of the examinations, women and men are seen as equally dysgenic as 40% (Life is common everywhere). There is no obvious reason for both couples at a rate of about 15%.

T-shaped uterus is a developmental problem of the female uterus, and although the cause is not fully known, it is thought that it is caused by some substances (diethylstilbestrol) that these women are exposed to while in the womb or that the uterine cavity narrows (asherman’s syndrome) as a result of subsequent applications. If the uterine film (HSG) taken during the infertility evaluation is not carefully evaluated, it can be overlooked.

The uterine cavity, which should normally have a triangular shape, is similar to this t shape, and the narrow neck part of the uterus is observed to be larger. It is thought that this narrow part does not get enough blood and prevents pregnancy.

Clinical studies have shown that spontaneous pregnancies occur if surgically corrected and that it increases the live birth rate by40-50 % in patients with recurrent pregnancy losses.
